Shipping details
For orders received and payment showing by 9am (NZ time), these will usually be sent by courier on the same day.
We use an overnight, signed-for courier service to all areas, and postage costs are automatically created according to the address and postcode.
Please note: Sometimes circumstances dictate orders will be sent the following day instead.
Products containing whitening gel
All products containing hydrogen peroxide whitening gel can be susceptible to pre-activation in prolonged temperatures above 20 degrees.
Therefore, during the warmer months of September through to April, any products containing whitening gel will only be shipped on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. This is to avoid an order sitting in a courier depot over a weekend where the gel may be spoiled.
Please note: All products containing hydrogen peroxide whitening gel must be immediately stored in the fridge on delivery. Failure to do so can compromise the efficiency and void the product warranty.
Plan ahead
We endeavor to hold all stock in-store, so products are always available to you, to purchase and receive immediately.
However, sometimes we will be waiting on an order from our supplier Beyond International in the USA, or will be affected by situations out of our control, and a product won’t be available for a week or two.
Please note: For this reason, we politely ask you to re-order a product before you know you will need it, when stocks are running low, where possible, so there is no inconvenience to you if we can’t send it to you immediately.
Product warranties
All of our products are guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Return requests for damaged products MUST be advised within 24-hours of delivery, for the product guarantee to be valid.
Please note: Unless we are notified within 24-hours of delivery, teeth whitening gels cannot be returned. They can be replaced at our discretion if we have the supposed faulty gel back for testing and find it to be defective.
