Welcome to Teeth Whitening Associates (TWA). These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the wholesale distribution of teeth whitening products, machines, and business-related services.

By accessing or using our website or purchasing products or services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Teeth Whitening Associates (TWA) specialises in providing teeth whitening machines, products, and training services to businesses, retailers, and entrepreneurs. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from TWA. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal authority to engage in business transactions on behalf of your company or entity. If you are purchasing as a registered dental professional, you confirm that you are legally regarded as such.

3. Products and Services

a. Wholesale Products

TWA offers teeth whitening machines, accessories, and products for businesses and retailers. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

b. Training and Business Start-up Packages

We provide professional training on how to use our products, as well as business consultation services for clients starting teeth whitening businesses. These services are subject to the below training agreement:

  • You acknowledge that you have relied solely upon your own due diligence in determining the viability of your teeth whitening business enterprise in your area.
  • You agree that TWA is an equipment and consumables products supplier only and agrees that any sales or marketing information provided by TWA with such supply is provided free for guidance and reference purposes only.
  • You use any TWA marketing material at your discretion and acknowledge that reliance on such marketing information is not a guarantee of success in the business.
  • You agree that results can vary according to effort, time, and application of your business judgement and you accept full responsibility for your results or lack thereof in your business enterprise.
  • You agree that any business or accounting or legal opinions given by TWA should be verified with your professional business, legal or accounting adviser.
  • You agree that once the start-up package deposit or total fee is paid to TWA and then training materials have been sent to you electronically, the fee becomes non-refundable for any reason.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices listed on the website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) or Australian Dollars (AUD) depending on your location. It is your responsibility to determine the correct currency for you. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.

a. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Stripe card payment

Full payment, including shipping fees, must be made before products are shipped. For international transactions, exchange rates will apply as per the rate at the time of purchase.

If using the credit card payment with Stripe, any fees incurred will be covered by you, the purchaser.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

a. Shipping Times

Shipping timeframes depend on the availability of the products in stock. We do not guarantee specific delivery times, but we will inform you of expected shipping schedules at the time of purchase.

b. Delivery Times

TWA strives to ensure timely delivery; however, all delivery times are estimates, and we will not be held responsible for delays due to external factors such as customs clearance or shipping carrier issues. As a general rule, all orders received by 9am on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will be sent out that day for overnight delivery (North Island, NZ Only). All orders received Thursday to Sunday (if they contain whitening gel products) will not be sent until the next Monday.

c. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss passes to you when shipment commences. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your delivery information.

6. Returns and Refunds

a. Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted only if requested prior to the shipment of the product. Once the product has been shipped, refunds are no longer available. To request a refund, please CONTACT us to discuss the reasoning.

b. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of any products once they have been shipped, unless faulty. If you think this is the case, please CONTACT us to discuss the matter. We will often have the product back to assess if it is covered by the product warranty.

c. Packages and Training

Refer to Agreement for training and business start-up packages 3.b. above.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and trademarks on this website are the property of TWA or its affiliates and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from TWA.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, business interruptions, or personal injury.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

11. Amendments to Terms

TWA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Third Party Links and Information

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or external information for your convenience. These links are provided solely as a reference, and TWA does not endorse or control the content, products, services, or advice provided by third-party websites.

TWA is not responsible or liable for the accuracy, content, or availability of any information found on external sites linked to from our website. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and conditions of any third-party site you visit.

  • TWA reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, edit, or modify any content or posts that violate our policies or are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or harmful.

  • By engaging with our social media or forums, you agree to adhere to the platform’s specific terms of service in addition to TWA’s policies.

15. Contacting Us

We are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. We are not open on holidays or weekends, and on occasions our working hours may differ from the above.

Email is the primary means of communication accepted. We do not communicate via mobile phone, text message, social media, or instant/private messaging (such as Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp) since we cannot track these. 

We aim to respond to requests within one working day, although this response time may vary.
