Our Informed Consent forms cover all the pertinent info needed for clients to understand and be aware of prior to a treatment, specific to our whitening systems and products.

Resources and downloads:

These include the ‘White Diet’; important information to make sure your client is aware of after their treatment, and a simple business plan for start-up teeth whitening businesses to follow to ensure they will be profitable. There are other useful resources covering marketing, your clinic, cashflow, customer service etc. being added all the time.

FB group: ​

This is a private Facebook group to which you’ll be sent an invite as part of your membership. The FB group is the place to go for discussions, resources, images, printable files etc. Members can post discussion starters, ask questions, collaborate with other members, and feel part of a community. Expert guests feature on various business subjects.

Email support:

As part of your membership, you’ll receive regular emails from TWA, to hear the latest product or industry news, updates to resources or products available, and special offers or discounts. You can get hold of TWA by email if you have any issues or questions, and will always have priority.

Initial phone call:

As part of your membership, you can jump on a 30-minute call with us for free, to chat through any issues you may be having, or to discuss client results or best practices, etc. Even for marketing support or for help to grow your business! After this, in-person calls are always discounted by a huge 50% to you, meaning you can get expert advice and help for as little as $149 + GST for an hour.

Giveaways / discounts:

From time to time, we will have discounted products available to our members, or even free giveaways. We don’t have sales among our products so the only way to get a discount on a product is as part of the TWA membership. You’ll get exclusive access to any giveaways we do, and you’ll hear first of any competitions we decide to hold.
